Return policy

At Dulce María Shop, our goal is your happiness and satisfaction with each purchase. If you receive a defective product, you have the right to request an exchange within (3) business days of delivery of the item. Follow these steps to process a return:

  1. Send an email todulcemariashop08@gmail.com with the invoice number, product name and justification for the return.

  2. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it.

  3. Return shipping costs will be covered by the consumer.

  4. Please note that products purchased at a discount are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Method: We use the USPS courier company to guarantee the safe delivery of your orders.

  • Delivery Time: Our orders are generally delivered within 5 to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the courier company's website.

  • Delivery Update: The courier company will update the delivery date after 48 hours.

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. The customer assumes any additional reshipping costs due to such errors.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping has a standard cost of $5.

Dulce María Shop reserves the right to cancel orders without inventory availability on the scheduled shipping date, informing the customer of said cancellation.
